for the beautiful parkways which are no a reality.

they viaeh to giva their approval of the acquisition, by the County, of the
designated lauds within the Village. The decision should be made sea noon

plan. It is our understanding that the costs of laced acquisition see well as
development of the greenways will be borne by the County.

which was prepared by the City of St. Paul. Said report describes the
