ITEM G. Authorize the purchase of two 3" Homelite water pumps and
necessary hose at a cost of $721.25 each using Storm Water
Management Fund monies. These pumps are to be used for
neighborhood pumping during storm water flooding periods.
They will be delivered and picked up by city crews as needed
on a first come, first served basis to city residents.
ITEM H. Authorize the Mayor and Clerk - Administrator to execute
the amended joint powers agreement establishing the
Northwest Suburban Youth Service Bureau, to change the
deadline by which parties to the agreement must indicate
whether they continue to participate as a funding partner
in the NSYSB from June 30th to November 30th annually.
This amendment will more appropriately fit the budgetary
schedules of the cities involved.
ITEM I. Change the number of the ordinance adopted August 28, 1978,
amending Chapter 40.07 to allow 30' curb cuts for commercial
property, from #285 to #287. The ordinance shall be written
and published as #287 because ordinances amending Chapters
4.03 and 6.31 have been previously written and published
as #285 and #286, respectively.
ITEM J. Approve the December 11, 1978, bills for payment.

ITEM L. Authorize purchase of one set of hockey goals for Greenfield
Park from the General Fund contingency for $320. This item
was overlooked in the appropriation for completion of the
Greenfield Park hockey rink.
ITEM M. Accept the resignation of Clerk - Administrator Mark Achen
submitted December 5, 1978, and to be effective January 31,
1979. Authorize vacation leave for Administrator Achen
from January 20 to January 31, 1979.
