Authorize the Mayor and Clerk- Administrator to execute <br />the amended joint powers agreement establishing the <br />Northwest Suburban Youth Service Bureau, to change the <br />deadline by which parties to the agreement must indicate <br />whether they continue to participate as a funding partner <br />in the NSYSB from June 30th to November 30th annually. <br />This amendment will more appropriately fit the budgetary <br />schedules of the cities involved. <br />ITEM I. Change the number of the ordinance adopted August. 28, 1978, <br />amending Chapter 40.07 to. allow 30' curb cuts for commercial <br />property, from #285 to #287. The ordinance shall be written <br />and published as #287 because ordinances amending Chapters <br />4.03 and 6.31 have been previously written and published <br />as. #285 and #286, respectively. <br />ITEM J. This item <br />was overlooked in the appropriation for completion of the <br />Greenfield Park hockey rink. <br />
