Administrator Achen replied that there was no problem with the other side. Mayor Pickar recessed the public hearing and reopened the regular meeting. INTERIM SANITARY SEWER PLAN Administrator Achen reported that the Metropolitan Waste Control Commiss- ion has requested that the City update its CSP submitted February 4, 1971. He stated that the interim CSP is necessary for the MWCC because most cities, including Mounds View, have not submitted a full land use/ sewer comprehensive plan in accordance with the Minnesota Land Planning Act and sewer extensions are presently being received and approved. Administrator Achen presented a map from Staff, showing estimates of sewer construction by year from 1979 to 1981 and later. He added that it was just an estimate and a tool for MWCC to monitor and provide the necessary service. The Council discussed the areas indicated on the map and asked for clarification of the area bounded by County Road H2, Long Lake Road, Highway 10 and Silver Lake Road. Administrator Achen replied that he would get a clarification for the Council. MSP (Baumgartner - Ziebarth) to postpone action on the interim Compre- hensive Sewer Plan Update until the December 18, 1978 Council meeting. 4 ayes ADMINISTRATOR ACHEN'S REPORT Administrator Achen asked that Item H from the Consent Agenda be changed to resolution for, and that the Council adopt Resolution #947. MSP (Pickar - Ziebarth) to change Item H on the Consent Agenda to adopt Resolution #947. 4 ayes Administrator Achen reported that the Council had received a list of members of the various commissions whose terms expire on December 31, 1978 and a list of the 1978 Council liaison assignments, and a list of the full commission memberships. ATTORNEY MEYERS' REPORT Attorney Meyers stated that it had been a pleasure working with Admini- strator Achen and wished him the best of luck in his new job.
