ITEM E. Adopt Resolution No. 955 appointing the Minnesota Commissioner
of Transportation as the City's agent for the letting of
Municipal State Aid Street construction contracts and authori-
zing Mayor and Clerk to execute MnDOT Agency Agreement Form
No. 30774.
Adopt Resolution No. 956 authorizing Minnesota Department of
Transportation to provide engineering and technical services.

in the Municipal State Aid Street program.
