Councilmember Rowley stated she had heard from Staff that there was a
question on the Bayport Acres public hearing. Acting Administrator
Anderson replied that the hearing that had previously been scheduled
for 7:40 PM on February 26 had been postponed, which would allow Council
to move up the Bayport Acres hearing.
MSP (Rowley - Ziebarth) to set the public hearing date for Bayport Acres
for 7:40 PM on February 26, 1979. 5 ayes
MSP (McCarty- Rowley) to adopt Resolution No. 964 coulmending Sunrise
Senior Citizens Club President, Felicia Linnell.
Mayor McCarty presented Mrs. Linnell with a placque commerating her
service and thanked her for the time she has devoted to the Club.
