Councilmember Ziebarth expounded on the reason for the extension of
the trial period for the stop sign at Hillview /Greenfield. Mayor
McCarty asked staff to get the ratings on the pledged securities
held as security for the city certificate of deposits.
MSP (McCarty- Hodges) to approve Consent Agenda Items H & I with
the added stipulation that the Clerk - Administrator obtain the
security ratings for the pledges in Item I and inform the Council:
ITEM H. Continue the trail period for the stop sign located at Greenfield
Avenue and Hillview Road for a period not to exceed 90 days.
ITEM I. Adopt Resolution No. 975 authorizing the First State Bank of
New Brighton to pledge securitites in the amount of $1,520,000
to safeguard City funds on deposit.

this item.
Discussion: 8" line for utility versus 6" on plat; consensus:
line should be 8"
Discussion: Services from north constructed separate from
south versus services along Silver Lake Road.
MSP (Ziebarth- McCarty) to continue the public hearing until 8:20 PM
April 9, 1979, at which time a decision will be made. The Council,
developer and property owners will meet prior to that date in order
to reach an agreement.
