BAYPORT ACRES
Considerable discussion was held on whether or not the entire loads
of dirt brought into the subject area were removed. The president
of Bayport Builders stated he had paid for 8 loads to be hauled in
and for 8 loads to be hauled out.
MSP (McCarty - Ziebarth) to continue the hearing for Bayport Acres
at 8:40 PM on April 9, 1979, as the City has found that to the
best of their detection the dirt has been removed. But should
evidence to the contrary be submitted, the developer will remove the
dirt as directed by Council. The developer will provide to the City
a letter agreeing to tonight's decision. 5 ayes
The Council recessed briefly.
CODE CHAPTER 40.06, SUBDIVISION B(3)
Council discussed at some length lot sizes and the processes of
major and minor subdivisions. The Council's consensus was to leave
the ordinance as presently written and consider the matter again at
a later date.

MSP (Ziebarth- Hodges) to approve the Memorandum of Understanding
between the Minnesota Teamsters Public & Law Enforcement Employees
