MAYOR MCCARTY'S REPORT
Mayor McCarty reported that school board elections will be May 15.
Mayor McCarty stated that he feels, after talking with the Council,
that recording agenda sessions will not be acceptable as it stiffles
conversation.
MSP (McCarty - Ziebarth) to adopt a policy that tape recording will not
be allowed in agenda sessions. 5 ayes
Mayor McCarty reported that he will be investigating tax forfeited
lands with Official Rose and Councilmember Forslund on April 10.
Mayor McCarty reported that the City had received a letter on the
governor's volunteer week and recommended that the City send for the
kit.
MSP (McCarty-Forslund) to adjourn the meeting at 11 :45 PM. 5 ayes
