The Improvement Revolving Fund will be replenished at a rate of 8% interest. Staff should contact a bonding agent and get assurance that we can get a bond for this amount in the event of an appeal. 4 ayes 0 nays Ziebarth made the motion, seconded by Hodges to accept the resignation of Jerry Foss from the Planning Commission. 4 ayes 0 nays Ziebarth commended Mr. Foss for his many years of service and expressed appreciation for his contributions. McCarty made a motion, seconded by Hodges to appoint Peg Mountin to Planning Commi- ssion to serve the remainder of Jerry Foss' term, and to advertise the position of ex officio member. 4 ayes 0 nays Forsiund's Report: She suggested the main- tenance people be around to show the equip- ment the day of the Festival in the Park. Hodges' Report: Questioned how Council- members can be informed of a disposition of a citizen concern. City Administrator suggested Councilmembers keep a copy of the request to follow-up if disposition is not known. Ziebarth's Report: 1) Suggested there be a central 'drop box" for information that might be of interest to other Councilmembers. 2) Invited citizens to the Festival in the Park on July 15. McCarty's Report: No report, but wished to thank Ziebarth for all his efforts on the Festival in the Park. Meyers' Report: No report, but advised he will be absent at the next meeting. 6B.
