Nelson's Report: 1) Has contacted insurance D. CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S
agents re: coverage for Festival in the Park. REPORT
Ziebarth made the motion, seconded by
Forslund that we authorize Staff to nego-
tiate a rider to insurance policies to
cover the activities of Festival in the
Park July 15, 1979. This insurance is
indicated primarily for activities on the
grounds, i.e., personal bumps and bruises to
a maximum of $200.00.

2) Nelson explained that Staff is working on
a new format for meeting minutes.
Dave Notaro, 2749 Ardan Avenue, asked Council
if something could be done on the City storm
sewer in his area as his property has been
flooded five times already this year. The
Mayor explained what the City has done to date.
Hodges made the motion, seconded by Ziebarth
the meeting be adjourned at 9:45 PM.
