CONSENT AGENDA
July 9, 1979
The consent agenda is a technique designed to expedite handling of routine and
miscellaneous official business of the City Council. The entire agenda may be
adopted by the Council in One motion. The motion for adoption is non-debatable
and must receive unanimous approval. By request of any individual Council
Member, any item can be removed from the consent agenda and placed upon the
regular agenda for debate.
ITEM A. Approval of the appointment of Raelynn J. Nyberg as Secretary to the
Administrator, starting salary $5.25/hour.
ITEM B. Adopt Resolution #987 relating to the installation of outside water
meters for new construction.
ITEM C. Adopt Resolution #995 relating to the establishment of the Reforestation
Advisory Committee, meeting the 1979 guidelines of the S.T.D.C.P.
ITEM D. Approval of the July 9, 1979, bills for payment:
Expenditures: $33,811-53; Payroll: $16,434.11
