assessments are paid in full; however, it will

Rowley made the motion, seconded by Ziebarth,
to direct Staff to prepare a resolution on the
minor subdivision of Brian Amundsen per the
survey dated 6/25/79. A resolution should also
be prepared for a special assessment. It is
understood this lot will not be treated as a corner

This applicant requests approval for a 90 -unit
motel at approx. 2160 Service Dr. The District
2 Planning Study, done by Midwest Planning denoted
the area as storm sewer ponding for Dist. 2. Prior
to his proposal, Glenn Shaw sent a letter to the
City requesting their intentions for the area and
suggesting that, if the City doesn't plan to buy
and use the area for ponding, they were going to
plan for development of the land. The Planning
Commission recommended to the Council the applicant's
site plan be modified to Res. 983 if approved and
indicated the City Council should make a judgement
as to development vs. district ponding.
Ziebarth made the motion, seconded by Rowley,
to table the application until which time we
will attempt to give him a time -line as to
when we can address the issue of how this will
fit into the Comprehensive Plan for land use.
