Ziebarth made the motion, seconded by Rowley,
that we release $2800 of the S3300 leaving
$500 for the installation of parking curbs on
the H2 side of the fence.

Re: a four -plex on Bronson built by Omega Mgmt.
Building $ Zoning Official states they have
completed construction and have request the
release of $4000 bond to the City. Escrow
can be released as they have met the require-
ments of D.A. 78 -26.
Hodges made the motion, seconded by Ziebarth,
that the City release the escrow requirements
of D.A. 78 -26.

Forslund's Report: Forslund made the motion,
seconded by Ziebarth, to send a letter to the
Festivities Committee commending them on a
fantastic job.

For the record, Ziebarth stated his part in
the festivities was minimal and thanks should
be given to Shirley Munholand and the Festivities
Commission.
Forslund suggested a first aid station and a
playground supervisor would be a good idea in
the future.
Forslund suggested Planning Commission members be
furnished with Section 40 and other relevant
portions of the Code Book.
Forslund questioned the status of wetlands in-
vestigation. Nelson adivsed he is investigating
mapping tools for the City. Staff was directed
to get additional information from Ramsey County,
Rice Creek Watershed, etc., as well as look at
model ordinances, to get to Planning Commission
for the Aug. 8 Comprehensive Plan meeting.
Rowley's Report: She suggested another, less
dangerous type of dunk tank be used for festivities
in the future.
