The Mounds View City Council was called to order CALL TO ORDER
at 7:35 p.m., August 13, 1979, by the Mayor.
Members Present: Mayor McCarty, Councilmembers 1. ROLL CALL OF
Forslund, Hodges, Rowley, Ziebarth OFFICIALS
Members Absent: None
Also Present: City Administrator Nelson, City
Attorney Meyers, Building & Zoning Official Rose
The Mayor recommended the minutes be accepted 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
as corrected.

Bob Hedlund, 8424 Sunnyside Rd., voiced an
objection to the Hwy. 10 north relocation route.
The Mayor requested these comments be held until
the subject was discussed later in the agenda.
The Mayor requested that Items B, C, E, and G be
removed. Forslund requested Items E and I be
removed.
Rowley made the motion, seconded by Ziebarth,
to approve the Consent Agenda with B, C, E, G,
and I removed.

Nelson explained that the City resolution
was to satisfy the Bank's requirement (First
State Bank of New Brighton). The Council was
satisfied with the explanation.
Rowley made the motion, seconded by Ziebarth
to approved Resolution #1002.

Nelson stated that the Park Director had found
a grant which may enable the City to replace
its warming house with a 100% grant.
Rowley made the motion, seconded by Ziebarth,
to approve the H.C.R.S. grant application for
funds for park Shelter buildings.
