This resolution deals with reapportioning special
assessments for auditors number 1314, sewer,
water, and street improvements 1973-4. This
lot split was approved 2/7/79. Forslund questioned
if the legal description was correct; Staff will
check into it.
Forslund made the motion, seconded by Ziebarth
to approve Resolution #1004, contingent upon
Staff checking the accuracy of the legal description.

This resolution deals with reapportioning special
assessments for the Amundsen minor subdivision.
Since the agreement was signed, Staff has been
in contact with the applicant, who requests the
assessments be spread over 16 years.
Ziebarth made the motion, seconded by Rowley
to allow the 16-year period for the assessment
per the request of Mrs. Viola Amundsen.

Applicant has drawn up and submitted the final
plat for approval. Before final plat can be
filed, vacation of Mustang Rd. west of existing
Mustang Lane and proposed Mustang Circle is
requested. Applicant will install their own
public improvements--Short-Elliott-Hendrickson
will look into the matter.
Ziebarth made the motion, seconded by Hodges
to grant approval for the Preliminary Plat for
Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, of Mounds View Industrial
Park #2. This authorizes Staff to draw up a
development agreement to include: $110,000.00
for bond or escrow for public improvements,
$5,000.00 for public improvement inspection
services, and $8,418.22 for payment of Project
1978-4 costs. It should include a grade plan,
plans and specs, as builts, and letter of approval.

Rowley made the amendment, seconded by Ziebarth,
that the plans and specs should include any
amendments as suggested by Short-Elliott-Hendrickson.
