to adopt Resolution 1007, Minor Subdivision for
Robert Lunde, 8444 Red Oak Drive.

McCarty made the motion, seconded by Ziebarth,
to approve Resolution 1017 authorizing transfer
of funds from Contingency to Acct. 100-120-4703.

$375.00 is requested by Park & Recreation Dept.
to complete development of Oakwood Tot Lot.
This additional money is needed due to price
increases of equipment from time of budget to
time of purchase.

to approve Resolution 1013 authorizing transfer
of funds from Contingency to Acct. 100-350-4703.

Dan Boxrud of Short-Elliott-Hendrickson, Inc.
informed Council of outcome of recent soil
boarings for Project 79-1. S-E-H had based
their proposal on verbal information from the
County. Soil boarings, however, indicate the
soil is inbufficient for utility lines. They
feel utilities can still be provided but a
revised feasibility report is recommended.
Mayor suggested the matter be taken under
advisement. Attorney Meyers recommended the
residents in the affected area be informed of
the status of utilities. Staff was directed to
write a letter to these residents and invite
them to the next agenda session.

Nelson explained the City has $94,056 of anti-
cipated revenue sharing funds for 1980. There
are also $30,345 of unencumbered funds available
from the previous year, resulting in $124,401.
The Mayor closed the regular meeting and opened
the Public Hearing.
