The consent agenda is a technique designed to expedite handling of routine
and miscellaneous official business of the City Council. The entire agenda
may be adopted by the Council in one 0Oti0n, The motion for adoption is
non-debatable and must receive unanimous approval. By request of any
individual Council Member, any item CdO be removed from the consent agenda
and placed upon the regular agenda for debate.
ITEM A: Approval of Minor Subdivision for Robert Lunde

ITEM B: Authorize Refund Building Permit - Tom Hanson, Estate Administrator

ITEM C: Authorize SDM Refund to Glenn Karlin. Res. 1009
ITEM D: Adopt Resolution 1010, for Authorization to Transfer Escrow
Funds into General Fund.
ITEM E: Adopt Resolution 1011, for Reappointment Lot Division #54981,
ITEM F: Adopt Resolution 1012, Release of $2,500 for Escrow Dev.
Agreement 77-9.
ITEM G: Adopt Resolution 1017, Authorizing the Transfer of Funds from
Contingency to Account 100-120-4703.
ITEM H: Adopt Resolution 1018, Authorizing the Transfer of Funds from
Contingency Account to 100-350-4703'
