Page 5 September 10, 1979
Doug Dindorf, 2901 Oakwood, spoke for
neighbors concerned with traffic safety on
Knollwood. He also questioned what the
proposed buffering would be.
Lundquist stated they propose to buffer with
a 6' fence (approx.) with shrubs and trees.
The closest building would have no windows
toward neighbors.
Dindorf also questioned the status of exit
from Hwy. 10. He was advised the fire chief
requires 2 means of access, Oakwood and Hwy. 10.
McCarty made the motion, seconded by Ziebarth,
to grant conceptual approval, contingent upon
right of way as discussed at this meeting,
proposed buffering, drainage, fencing, road
access, looped water mains, and 30' easements
from Oakwood to Highway 10.
(Nay vote: Rowley, because she
is uncomfortable with the data
presented.)
