Rose read a letter from Mrs. Viola Amundsen
requesting an extension of sixty days filing
date for her minor subdivision, due to misplacement
of abstract.
McCarty made the motion, seconded by Hodges,
to extend the 60-day filing requirement
another 60 days for Mrs. Viola Amundsen,
re: her letter dated 10/9/79.

Meyers reported that the civil rights case
has been settled. Checks have been paid.
Documents have been referred to the County
Auditor for disposition.
