The Mounds View City Council was called
to order at 7:30 PM on November 13, 1979
by the Mayor.
1. CALL TO ORDER
Members Present: Mayor McCarty, Council- 2. ROLL CALL
members Forslund, Hodges, Rowley, Ziebarth
Members Absent: None
Also Present: City Attorney Meyers, Finance
Director Brager (arrived at 9 PM), and
Building & Zoning Official Rose
Mayor McCarty moved, seconded by Ziebarth,
to swear in Connie Langager as a temporary
Deputy Clerk for this meeting, due to the
absence (illness) of Administrator Nelson.

Langager was sworn in as temporary Deputy
Clerk by City Attorney Meyers.
Appointment of temporary
Deputy Clerk /Administrator
McCarty moved, seconded by Rowley, to table 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
the minutes of 11/5/79 and 11/8/79 to be
handled together as they are related to the
same subject.

Hodges moved, seconded by Rowley, to approve
the minutes of 10/22/79, as corrected.

Forslund moved, seconded by Rowley, to 4. APPROVAL OF CONSENT
approve the Consent Agenda. AGENDA (See attached)
