close City Hall offices at 4:30 PM on
November 21.

3) The Governor's Commission on Aging needs
an appointment. Rowley suggested Mary
Qualheim be contacted.
4) Requested $40 to attend the Mayor's conference.
Ziebarth moved, seconded by Hodges, to take
$40 from the Contingency Fund to pay for the
Mayor's Conference.

5) Passed information on to Brager re:
conferences on neighborhood improvements.
6) Need to specify pay for election judges:
McCarty moved, seconded by Forslund, to pay
rates for judges on the upcoming charter
election the same rate as previous elections:
$35 per day for judges
$45 per day for chairpersons
$ 4 per hour for counters
$ 6 per training session

7) Pointed out that minutes of Council meetings
should be on the Council Chambers table for the
public. Brager assured this will be done.
8) Asked status of water tower repairs. Brager
will check and get back to Council.
9) Asked if a Newsletter will be issued.
Anderson replied that a Newsletter will be
forthcoming (approximately Dec. 1) and will
encourage residents to vote. Rowley suggested
residents be reminded not to blow snow into
the streets. Ziebarth suggested the Cable TV
Commission be publicized, inviting more women
to serve.
Brager: 1) The sewer main break on Cty. Rd. I
has been gravelled in and should be repaired
and blacktopped. Funds would most likely come
from a loan from the Sewer Utility Fund.
