The Mounds View City Council was called
to order at 7:35 PM on November 26, 1979
by the Mayor.
1. CALL TO ORDER
Members Present: Mayor McCarty, Council -
members Forslund, Rowley, Ziebarth 2. ROLL CALL
Members Absent: Councilmember Hodges
(attending the National League of Cities
Conference in Las Vegas, Nev.)
Also Present: City Attorney Meyers,
City Administrator Nelson
Rowley moved to accept the minutes of
September 13, 1979. It was seconded by
Ziebarth.
The motion carried.

Rowley moved to accept the minutes of
October 15, 1979. It was seconded by
Ziebarth.
The motion carried.

Rowley moved to accept the minutes of
November 13, 1979 as corrected. It was
seconded by Forslund.
The motion carried.

Rowley moved to approve the Consent
Agenda as corrected. Second by Ziebarth.

Donna Bowman, 8046 Long Lake Road,
invited the Mayor and City Council to
represent Mounds View at MacDonald's on
January 20 where a marathon will begin
and end to raise funds to combat spinal
bifida. The Mayor commended the organization
for the work they were doing.
