Forslund: No report
Rowley: Suggested, since Council must
meet to canvass election results, it might
be wise to combine with the agenda session.
McCarty moved to change the agenda session
from Monday of next week to Wednesday, 12/5,
at 7:00 PM. It was seconded by Ziebarth.
The motion carried.

Ziebarth: Re: the discussion of whether the
bonding attorneys have changed from their
first statements -- Indication from the two
bonding attorney firms is that they stand
behind their original letter.
McCarty: The Mayor's Conference was a big
success - -will submit a report to Council in
the near future.
No report.
Nelson informed those present that Dec. 6
is set for an informational meeting on the
updated Highway 10. This will appear in
the Newsletter, New Brighton Bulletin, and
on the sign board. Business will also be
notified.
Rowley moved for adjournment at 8:35 PM.
It was seconded by Ziebarth.
