The entire agenda may be adopted by the Council in one motion. The motion for adoption is non-debatable and must receive unanimous approval. By request of any individual Council Member, any item can be removed from the consent agenda. and placed upon the regular agenda for debate. ITEM A: Approve Resolution 1051, Approving Just and Correct Claims Against City Funds. ITEM B: Approve Resolution 1052, Relieve of 2nd Quarter Utility Bill for Raymond Doble, 2237 Bronson Drive, ITEM C: Set a public hearing to be held December 10, 1979 7:40 p.m. for the Charbonneau Addition. ITEM D: Set a public hearing to be held December 10, 1979 7:50 p.m. for Bayport Acres. ITEM E: Approve licenses for: Managed Services - New Heating & Air Conditioning Sun Shower Inc. - New Install Irrigation Systems
