The Mounds View City Council was called 1. CALL TO ORDER
to order at 7:30 FM on December 10, 1979
by the Mayor.

Present: Mayor McCarty, Council- 2. ROLL CALL
members Forslund, Hodges, Rowley, Ziebarth
bsent: None
Also Present: City Attorney Meyers, City
Administrator Nelson, Building & Zoning

Rowley moved to accept the minutes of
November 26, 1979 as corrected. It was
seconded by Forslund.
The motion carried.
(Abstention: Hodges, because
of absence at the meeting)

Attorney Meyers requested the minutes of
December 5, 1979 be deferred to a later
time because he has several changes.
Comments on minutes of November 5 and
November 8, 1979 are requested before the
agenda session next Monday.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Forslund moved to accept the Consent 4. APPROVAL OF CONSENT
Agenda. It was seconded by Hodges. AGENDA (See attached)

Bob Hedlund, 8424 Suanyside Road, felt that
MnDOT had circumvented the City in their
decision to relocate Highway. 10. He asked
what the Council intended to do in view
of the decision.
Dave Coffey, 2757 Hillview Rd., presented
a petition with 35 names of residents
against fragmenting the City by upgrading
present Highway10. They support resolution 831
calling for relocation of Hwy. 10.
