Rowley said she would be unable to consider it. 2) Asked Nelson if Maintenance prepared a regular report; Nelson indicated he could request it. 3) Gave report of his attendance at the League of Cities meeting. Ziebarth: No report McCart/: Asked about City Hall hours for December 24 and 31. McCarty moved that City Hall be open unti noon on December 24 and 31. It was ueconded by Ziebarth. The motion carried. 5 ayes 0 nays Nelson: Allied Blacktop -- The original bill was $30,786.25 which the Council approved. Their bill for $35,000 plus was received. The Finance Director and Public Works Suptd. have re-figured the project at $31,395.78, which Allied will accept. Meyers stated this is not an overc:barge, but a standard contract with an acceptable adjustment. Ziebarth moved to approve the payment of the additional $609.48 to Allied Blacktop Co. for additional sealcoating materials. it was seconded by Hodges. The motion carried. 5 ayes 0 nays Meyers stated he has been informed of a Charter election contest. Pursuant to Statute 209, a contest can be filed within seven days. Hodges moved to acknowledge the receipt of a contest of election and pass on to the City Attorney for action. It was seconded by Ziebarth.
