The Mounds View City Council held
a Special Session at 6:30 PM to discuss
the City Administrator's contract.
The Regular Meeting of the City Council 1. CALL TO ORDER
was called to order at 7:30 PM on
January 14, 1980 by the Mayor.
Members Present: Mayor McCarty, Council- 2. ROLL CALL
members Forslund, Hodges, Rowley, and
Ziebarth
Members Absent: None
Also Present: City Attorney Meyers,
City Administrator Nelson
Peg Mountin, representing the Mounds
View Girl Scout Service Unit Team,
presented Councilmember Forslund with
the Thank You medal, the highest award in
Scouting, for her twenty years of service.
A citation was read by the Mayor.
Rowley moved to approve the minutes of
the October 1, 1979 meeting. It was
seconded by Ziebarth.

Rowley moved to approve the minutes of
the October 15, 1979 meeting. It was
seconded by Hodges.
The motion carried.

Rowley moved to accept the minutes of
the November 5, 1979 meeting. It was
seconded by Ziebarth.

The motion carried. 0 nays
Abstention: Forslund, 1 abstention
due to absence.
Hodges moved to approve the minutes of
the November 8, 1979 meeting. It was
seconded by Rowley.
4 ayes
The motion carried. 0 nays
Abstention: Forslund, 1 abstention
reason is same as above.
