McCarty.

the December 20, 1979 meeting. It was
seconded by Ziebarth.

Rowley moved to table the approval of the
minutes from January 3, 1980. It was
seconded by McCarty.
The motion carried.

Forslund moved to rescind the approval
of the December 17, 1979 minutes. It was
seconded by Rowley.

the December 17, 1979 meeting as corrected.

Forslund moved that from henceforth
the Council meetings be taped. It was
seconded by Hodges.

Councilmembers will be requested in the
future to submit their corrections for
the minutes by the Wednesday following
the agenda session, allowing time for re-
typing as necessary before the next Council
meeting.
At 8:10 PM the Mayor closed the Regular
Meeting and opened the Public Hearing on
Silver Lake Road Improvements.
