3) McCarty moved that Council should
establish as policy that all investments
of City funds should periodically be
brought before the Council for review
and ratification. Seconded by Ziebarth.

4) Noted that the Citizens Comments
portion of Council agenda was missing
at January 3 meeting.
5) Requested 10 copies of the minutes be
available at Council meetings for citizens.
Rowley suggested they be stamped "not
approved."
