The Mounds View City Council was
called to order at 7:30 PM January
28, 1980 by the Mayor.
1. CALL TO ORDER
Members Present: Mayor McCarty, Council- 2. ROLL CALL
members Forslund, Rowley, Hodges and
Ziebarth
Members Absent: None
Also Present: City Attorney Meyers,
City Administrator Nelson
Hodges moved to approve the minutes
of the January 3, 1980 meeting as
corrected. Seconded by Forslund.
The motion carried.

Ziebarth moved to approve the minutes
of the January 14, 1980 meeting as
corrected. Seconded by Rowley.
The motion carried.

Forslund moved to approve the Consent 4. APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA
Agenda. Seconded by Ziebarth.
The motion carried.

Forslund suggested Resolution 1067
regarding denial of Project 80 -1 be
read aloud, which Nelson did.
A sign board listing city officials
was presented to the Mayor and Council
by Betty Skelly and Alice Beckman
from the League of Women Voters.
