Page 2 January 28, 1980
Neil Loeding, 5046 Longview Drive,
asked if any Council action would be
taken on possible amendments to the
Charter as suggested by the Charter
Commission. The Mayor requested copies
for Councilmembers that had not received
the information, and more time in which
to study the matter.
Glenn Karlen asked, since Project 80 -1
had failed, if he could have Council
go -ahead to extend the water line himself.
Council advised him to check the matter
out with Staff, who would then present
it to Council.
Donna Bowman invited the Mayor and Council
again to MacDonald's Feb. 17 for the
kick -off of the snowmobile run for
spinal bifida. It had been postponed
earlier due to lack of snow.
Sewer and water extensions, proposed
under Project 78 -6, have been reviewed
by Council. Resolution 1066 recommends
denial of this proposal due to economic
unfeasibility. Staff has notified the
affected property owners.
Ziebarth moved to adopt Resolution 1066.
It was seconded by Hodges.
The motion carried.
