ending 12- 31 -82. Seconded by Rowley.

Mayor stated that Shirley Munholand will
remain as Chairperson.
Mayor suggested a delay in filling the
Planning Commission vacancy. Also
suggested Councilmembers pass the word
about the vacancy to constituents.
Will also be published in the newsletter.

Control Annual Tree Contract --
Ziebarth moved that, pursuant to the
1980 contract specifications, we authorize
the City Administrator to advertise for
bids for the annual Shade Tree Disease
Control Program tree contract. It was
seconded by Rowley.
The motion carried.
