(Continued) 12) Contract with Midwest Planning- - have received word from David Licht, President, that the company may be out of business by February because of a judgment against it. Attorney Meyers recommended calling Licht before Council Feb. 4 to discuss disposition of our contract. Meyers suggested he be requested to bring in a copy of the judgment against them. The Attorney instructed the Council as 7B. CODE REVISION 40.06 SUBD. B(3) to what was required to change an ordinance. Rowley moved to hold a public hearing at 7:40 PM, February 11, 1980 for the proposed code revision 40.06 Subd. B(3). It was seconded by Ziebarth. 5 ayes The motion carried. 0 nays Staff was asked to furnish information as to whether any land- locked parcels °might be created and the number of lots which are 160' in frontage. 1) Stated he will submit a memo to Planning Commission and Council regarding an interim ordinance providing a means by which a municipality can declare a moratorium, and the criteria involved. 2) Has submitted Chapter 26 -- Public Improvement Code - -to the City, as required under Charter 803. The Charter mandates that, within 90 days after it goes into effect (Jan. 3), Council shall enact an ordinance governing public improvements. Council will discuss on February 4. Rowley moved to adjourn the meeting at 10:00 PM. It was seconded by Ziebarth. 5 ayes The motion carried. 0 nays 8. ATTORNEY'S REPORT 10.
