The Mounds View City Council was called to 1. CALL TO ORDER
order at 7:40 P.M. on February 11, 1980
by Acting Mayor Hodges.
Members Present: Acting Mayor Hodges, 2. ROLL CALL
Councilmembers Forslund, Rowley, Ziebarth.
Members Absent: Mayor McCarty (was attend-
ing a ceremonial function an award for one
of the City's Police Officers).
Mayor McCarty arrived at 8:42 P.M. for
the remaindeer of the meeting.
Also Present: City Attorney Meyers, City
Administrator Nelson, City Park Director
Anderson.
The Council had previously been given the 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
January 28, 1980 Council Minutes for the
review and comment. The Acting Mayor asked
for any additional correction to the
minutes. Hearing no corrections, Rowley
moved the adoption of the January 28th
Council Meeting preceeding. It was
seconded by Forslund.
The motion carried.
