Acting Mayor Hodges called for the adoption of 5. CONSENT AGENDA
the Consent Agenda. Councilmember Forslund asked
to have several items removed from the Consent
Agenda. These items included Item B, D, F, G, J,
and K. Ziebarth then moved the adoption of the
remaining items on the Consent Agenda and to
dispense with the reading of the resolutions and
it was seconded by Rowley.
The motion carried.

Forslund indicated the reason for the removal
of Item B from the Consent Agenda noting that
the Planning Commission has wanted additional
comments to be made on the Resolution. Item B
pertained to Resolution #1062, a Resolution
dealing with the proposed alternative for Highway
10. Council had general discussion about the
Planning Commission comments and decided to lay
this matter over until the February 25th meeting,
with a review at their Agenda Session of the
amended language on the 19th of February. Forslund
moved to table Resolution #1062 and that this
resolution should be amended to incorporate con-
cerns expressed by the Planning Commission. The
Council would reconsider the Resolution on Feb.
25, 1980. Forslund moved, seconded by Ziebarth.

Forslund indicated her reason for pulling the
Hurd Contract was to provide background infor-
mation to the public on the purpose of this
contract. Nelson explained that the City was
using this aerial information for a variety of
purposes, including the preparation of the City's
Comprehensive Plan.
