It would allow these properties to be split in no smaller lot sizes than 75 feet in width. Properties which fell below 150 feet nor above 170 feet would not have any lati- tude in the procedures for splitting of their property. Questions were raised over the procedure and impact of the proposed amend- ment by Mrs. James Buckley, 7770 Greenwood, Mounds View, MN 55432; Mrs. Frank Veno, 7700 Long Lake Road, Mounds View, MN 55432; and Willard Doty, 3049 Bronson, Mounds View, MN 55432. Acting Mayor Hodges closed the pub- lic hearing at 8:30 p.m. Rowley moved that the second hearing of the proposed amendment be held on February 25, 1980, at 7:40 p.m. at City Hall. Ziebarth seconded the motion. The motion carried. 4 ayes 0 nays Acting Mayor returned to the items which had been removed from the Consent Agenda. Resolution 1072, Item F, dealt with the appointment of a Responsible Authority who would be responsible for the documents found in City's control. Nelson provided the City Council with background informa- tion on this matter. The Resolution 1072 is a modified copy of the suggested language by the League of Minnesota Cities for the appointment of a Responsible Authority.
