The next item of business had been pre-
viously discussed at the City Council's
Agenda Session of February 4th concerning
the accounting of the Administrative charges
from the sewer and water utilities. Forslund
moved that the Council be provided a line
item of accounting of the Adminsitrative
charges to the sewer and water accounts for
1979 and quarterly reports for the year 1980.
Motion was seconded by Ziebarth for sake of
discussion. The mayor reminded City Council
that this matter went back to 1979 and it
was his understanding that the reporting
would occur for 1980. Nelson also stated
that it was his understanding from the City
Council during the Budget process that the
City would begin the recordkeeping in 1980
for more accurate reporting in the upcoming
years. Council decided to discuss this mat-
ter with the City's Treasurer on Feb. 19th.
Both Forslund and Ziebarth withdrew their
support of the motion.
Forslund next submitted to the City Council
the Planning Commission's report dated 2/11/80
entitled Drainage and Wetland. She asked the
City Council to read the report and be pre-
pared to discuss it on Feb. 12th. Forslund
