She noted that the City had been previously presented a maintenance contract for a calculating machine Victor 620. Since it was the Coun- cil's responsibility to approve contract, Forslund moved approval of the maintenance agreement for the Victor 620 calculating machine. Seconded by Hodges. The motion carried. 5 ayes 0 nays The next item of business had been pre- viously discussed at the City Council's Agenda Session of February 4th concerning the accounting of the Administrative charges from the sewer and water utilities. Forslund moved that the Council be provided a line item of accounting of the Adminsitrative charges to the sewer and water accounts for 1979 and quarterly reports for the year 1980. Motion was seconded by Ziebarth for sake of discussion. The mayor reminded City Council that this matter went back to 1979 and it was his understanding that the reporting would occur for 1980. Nelson also stated that it was his understanding from the City Council during the Budget process that the City would begin the recordkeeping in 1980 for more accurate reporting in the upcoming years. Council decided to discuss this mat- ter with the City's Treasurer on Feb. 19th. Both Forslund and Ziebarth withdrew their support of the motion. Forslund next submitted to the City Council the Planning Commission's report dated 2/11/80 entitled Drainage and Wetland.
