To that end she was able to acquire from them a book entitled Urban Runoff Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook. She felt that this manual was imperative to the City to use in the evaluation of Projects. Forslund then moved the adop- tion of this book entitled Urban Runoff Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook.
