requesting guidance from the City Council
on certain items. Memo was dated 3 Jan. 80.
Forslund next noted a recent trip to the
Ramsey Soil and Conservation District to
discuss with them matters related to Storm
Water Management. To that end she was able
to acquire from them a book entitled Urban
Runoff Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook.
She felt that this manual was imperative
to the City to use in the evaluation of
Projects. Forslund then moved the adop-
tion of this book entitled Urban Runoff
Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook. This
handbook would be used by the City in evalu-
ating proposals or development. Hodges sec-
onded the motion.

She went on to say that the Ramsey Soil and
Conservation District would appreciate an
opportunity to express to the City Council
or Planning Commission what services they
could provide.
Councilman Rowley stated she had been 14. REPORT
asked to bring up the request of Lakeside COUNCILMAN ROWLEY
Park about development of their stationary.
The Lakeside Park Commission was requesting
using on their letterhead both the City of
Mounds View and Spring Lake Park logos.
City Council was receptive to that proposal
Rowley moved that the Lakeside Park Commis-
sion be permitted to have placed on their
stationary the City of Mounds View's logo
contingent upon similar approval from
Spring Lake Park. Hodges seconded the
