wanted to know what the Council needs to do
for this development. It was determined that
if project kept its joint drive then a Con -
ditonal Use Permit would be required. The
developer stated that they could and would
be willing to separate the driveway to meet
the City Standards. The developers had two
options (1) To continue with the existing
plan and have it reviewed by the Planning
Commission for the Conditional Use Permit
or (2) Modify their plan, receive approval
from the Building & Zoning Administrator,
enter into a Developers Agreement to com-
mence their work. The Council, therefore,
took the following action: Ziebarth moved
to table the Dynamic Developers Proposal
until the 25th of February 1980 and noted
the aforementioned options available to
the developers either which the City Council
would take under consideration on the 25th.
Seconded by Rowley.
The motion carried.

Councilman Ziebarth discussed with the
City Council the need to end Council meet-
ings by 11:00 PM. He felt that the quality
of decision making tapers off markedly be-
yond that point. Council generally agreed
with this position.
