It was determined that if project kept its joint drive then a Con - ditonal Use Permit would be required. The developer stated that they could and would be willing to separate the driveway to meet the City Standards. The developers had two options (1) To continue with the existing plan and have it reviewed by the Planning Commission for the Conditional Use Permit or (2) Modify their plan, receive approval from the Building & Zoning Administrator, enter into a Developers Agreement to com- mence their work. The Council, therefore, took the following action: Ziebarth moved to table the Dynamic Developers Proposal until the 25th of February 1980 and noted the aforementioned options available to the developers either which the City Council would take under consideration on the 25th. Seconded by Rowley. The motion carried. 5 ayes 0 nays Councilman Hodges had no other items to report. Councilman Ziebarth discussed with the City Council the need to end Council meet- ings by 11:00 PM. He felt that the quality of decision making tapers off markedly be- yond that point.
