The Administrator provided the City 18. BID AWARD
Council with background information on the
VEHICLES FOR 1980
Bids received and opened for 7 vehicles on
the llth of February, 1980. Nelson noted
that the City had received three bids prior
to the 9 o'clock bid opening. The City
also received one sealed bid at 9:38. He
had not opened that bid for fear of pre-

Council. He did inform the City Council
that in a discussion with the City Attorney
the City Council could wave the irregulari-

unopened bid. City Attorney ratified that
comment. After some general discussion,
Mayor McCarty moved to open the late bid
from Iten Chevrolet and it was seconded
by Councilman Hodges.
