$10,396. - Rosedale Chevrolet is awarded
the bids for (1) Chevrolet Chevette for
$3,899.36, (1) Chevrolet Luv, standard
transmission pickup for $4,883.50, and (1)
Chevrolet Luv, automatic transmission pick-
up for $5,204.80. Motion was seconded by
Hodges.
The motion carried.

The Administrator noted that the time was
11:00, and he had two items left to cover,
one was The Compensation Study and the
other the Hiring of an Administrative
Secretary. He asked the City Council if
they would give consideration to recessing
the meeting of the llth and carrying it
over until the 12th. Council seemed agree-
able to this matter and Nelson deferred to
the City Attorney and Mayor for their reports.
City Attorney stated a concern over the 19. REPORTS

apparent defunct Midwest Planning Companys'
contract with the City for the completion
of the City's Comprehensive Plan. That the
City should take some steps to clarify the
City's Contractural relationships with their
company. Nelson noted that Mr. Dave Licht
would be coming to the Agenda Meeting on
February 19th for the purposes of discus-
sing a new contract under Northwest Consul-
tants, a planning firm.
Meyers asked the City Council if they would
be considering Chapter 26 on the 19th and
the Council stated that they would. Meyers
also noted that the revisions that were
previously discussed have been submitted to
