The Mounds View City Council was called 1. CALL TO ORDER
to order at 7:30 P.M. on February 25,
1980 by Mayor McCarty.
Mayor asked for roll call of the 2. ROLL CALL
official.
Members Present: Ziebarth, Hodges,
and McCarty.
Administrator noted that Councilman
Forslund was absent due to illness and
that Councilman Rowley would be late
due to attendance at an award ceremony.
Also Present: City Attorney Meyers,
Clerk - Administrator Nelson.
City Council considered approval of
minutes for the February llth Council
Meeting. Mayor called for any correc-
tions or additions to the minutes as
submitted. Hodges moved to adopt the
February 11, 1980 minutes as submitted.
Ziebarth seconded the motion.

The motion carried. 0 nays
The Mayor called for the consideration
of the February 12th Council Meeting
minutes and noted that they were an ex-
tension of the February llth Meeting.
Ziebarth noted that he was not present
at that meeting and wondered if that
would affect the voting on the approval
of the minutes because only 3 members
of the Council were present for the
approval. It was stated by the Staff
that the vote could be two affirmative
and one abstention. With that knowledge
McCarty moved the approval of the Febru-
ary 12th minutes as submitted and it was
seconded by Hodges.
