meeting which consisted of two of the
City of Mounds View's Commissioners
and Commissioner Orth of the Ramsey
County Board. Thus, the meeting would
be re- scheduled and the Commissioner
would notify the City of that new date.

tor brought to the Council's attention CONSENT AGENDA
was the adoption of the Consent Agenda.
Mayor asked if there were any questions
concerning the Agenda, hearing none,
requested motion for adoption. Ziebarth
moved to adopt the Consent Agenda
(attached to the copy of the minutes)
and to dispense with a reading of the
resolutions contained therein. Hodges
seconded the motion.
The motion carried.

Nelson reminded the City Council that 12. INSURANCE RENEWAL
the City Treasurer had submitted to
the City Council a notice of renewal
for the City's Insurance Package and
requested approval before the March
1st deadline. Rowley moved that the
rates for the City's Insurance Program
as submitted by the City's Treasurer
be renewed pursuant to the memo dated
2/15/80. Ziebarth seconded the motion.

The City Treasurer had submitted to 13. NIGHT DEPOSITORY
the City Council a memo concerning a
Night Depository based on a request
from the City Council for investiga-
tion. Memo also contained the price
of the proposed night drop equipment
and its location. Hodges moved to
acquire and install the night deposi-
tory pursuant to and consistent with
a memo written by the Treasurer dated
Feb. 15, 1980. Ziebarth seconded the
motion.
