Mayor McCarty stated to the City
Council that he had the City Adminis-
trator draft a Resolution No. 1084
with all of his appointments on one
document. He further noted that some
of the appointments have already been
done and felt placing them all on one
document would be easier for administra-
tion control purposes. He also provided
the Council with his criteria on making
his selection. Ziebarth moved the
adoption of Resolution 1084. The Com-
mission appointment and to dispense with
the reading of the resolution. It was
seconded by Hodges.
The motion carried.

14. RESOLUTION 1084 APPOINTMENT
Nelson reminded the City Council that 15. ORFEI & SONS INVOICE
the payment of this bill was for the
emergency repairs on Silver Lake Road
sewer break. The bill amounted to
$21,766.70. The City would be making
a temporary loan to the utility account
to pay off the invoices submitted to
the City and would repay those accounts
by the issuance of a 444 Bond.
Rowley moved that the work done by Orfei
& Sons on the sewer main break of Silver
Lake Road known as Project No. 80 -2
amounting to the figure of $21,766.70
be paid for temporarily by the utility
fund. It was seconded by Hodges.

Nelson explained to the City Council 16. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
that the City Staff met with the Bond- BOND SALE 1085
ing Consultant, Bob Ehlers, and Dick
Meyer, City Attorney, over selling of
bonds to fund the debts which have been
created by the two sewer breaks that
occured in 1979 which were Silver Lake
Road and County Road I. The Resolution
1085 had been drafted by the Bond Consul-
tant and had been reviewed by the Dorsey
firm, which is the City's Bonding Attorney.
It also had been reviewed by the City
Attorney, Dick Meyers.
