City Attorney said that a question
had been raised on the language of the
Resolution which he would be discussing
with the Bonding Attorney from the
Dorsey firm.
The Council wanted to meet at 7:00 PM
on March 17th to approve the Northwest
Planning Contract. By doing so, the
City Attorney would have a chance to
re- examine the contract that had pre-
viously been submitted by Northwest to
insure that all of the conditions that
the City desired had been met.
Rowley moved that the City Council
convene at 7:00 P.M. on March 17th in
order to approve the Northwest Associates
Contract to complete the City's Compre-
hensive Plan. Ziebarth seconded the
motion.
The motion carried.

Mayor called for any further business
to come before the City Council and on
hearing no new information, called for
a motion for adjournment. Rowley moved
to adjourn the March 10, 1980 Council
Meeting and it was seconded by Ziebarth.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:13 P.M.
