The Mounds View City Council was
called to order at 7:30 P.M. on
March 24, 1980 by Mayor McCarty.
Members Present: Forslund, Rowley,
Hodges, and McCarty.
(Ziebarth was absent because he
was out of town)
Also Present: City Attorney Meyers,
Clerk - Administrator Nelson, Building
and Zoning Official Rose, Parks,
Recreation and Forestry Director
Anderson, Finance Director Brager,
and Consulting Engineer Boxrud.
The City Council had been submitted
the March 10, 1980 Council Meeting
Minutes. The Mayor called for any
additions or corrections and he noted
that on page 4 there was a typographical
error relating to a citation of Chapter
26 of the improvement ordinance, it was
noted by Nelson.
Hodges moved to adopt the corrected
minutes as submitted, seconded by
Forslund.
The motion carried.

Mayor called for approval of the
Special Minutes of March 17, 1980
for any additions or corrections.
Rowley moved the adoption of the
March 17th Special Minutes as
submitted, seconded by Forslund.
The motion carried.

Nelson stated that the City Council
would be receiving the second in a
series of quarterly reports from
Department Heads that had not
presented their information at the
March 10th Meeting. The Department
