The City had been collecting receipts from last quarter's billing and are preparing the billing records for next quarter. Finally, noted that the City had been fortunate with regards to the high rates of interest to be making invest- ments at high interest rates. He did state to the City Council that the latest investment he had made at that time was at 17 -5/8 %. Brager indicated in the next quarter the following things would occur: (1) the 1979 audit would be completed (2) work on the long -term financial plan would begin (3) the 1981 budget process would begin by reviewing alternatives to the present data processing service and the new City accountant would be hired. First item presented to the City Council under the Administrator's Report was the Consent Agenda.(See attached at the end of the minutes) There were no questions raised by the City Council regarding this matter. Rowley moved the adoption of the Consent Agenda as presented, it was seconded by Hodges. The motion carried. 4 ayes 0 nays 7. ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT Nelson presented to the City Council 8. as Resolution 1095 which was a Resolution Awarding the Sealcoating Bid to Allied Blacktop.
