COUNCIL REPORT - intersection of County Road I and FORSLUND Silver Lake Road that it was inappro- priatley controlled from the standpoint of stop signs. Forslund moved that Ramsey County's Department of Transpor- tation be requested to install 4 -way stop signs at the intersection of County Road I and Silver Lake Road. Hodges seconded the motion. 4 ayes The motion carried. 0 nays Forslund inquired as to the status of hiring an Administrator's Secretary. Nelson stated that the matter had been turned over to Selection Committee and that they were screening candidates. Forslund asked about the status about the Hurd Aerial Photography and Maps. Nelson stated that the City employees had to do some preliminary survey work for the company in order to receive the documents that we had contracted. for. The Staff was working diligently on it and the City hoped to have it in a short period of time. Councilmember Forslund asked if we had taken action on establishing weight restrictions for the City, and the Council stated that they had at a previous meeting. Nelson further noted that the Public Works Department has posted the City regarding that weight restriction. Forslund next moved the authorization for the Lion's Club to hold a Flea Market beginning May 10th and to be held each weekend through Labor Day, and that the fee be waived for that activity. Hodges seconded the motion. 4 ayes The motion carried. 0 nays
