Meyers noted that the bond was a revenue
producing bond that also was backed by
the full faith and credit of the City.
It was noted that Resolution 1098
superceded Resolution 1085. Rowley
moved the adoption of Resolution 1098,
Authorizing the Sale of Revenue Bonds
for the Two Sewer Breaks in 1979.
Forslund seconded the motion.
The motion carried.

City Attorney noted that he had been 29. LAUNCHING PAD
notified that the Launching Pad had
submitted a Bond for $5,000 pursuant
to the City's Codes and now submitted
$5,000 in cash to be escrow in lieu
of that bond. He stated to City Council
that this would satisfactorily meet the
intent of the Code. There was no action
necessary by the City Council.
Mayor called for any other business to 30. ADJOURNMENT
come before the City Council, upon
hearing none, he requested a motion
for adjournment. Rowley moved the
adjournment of the March 24, 1980
meeting. Forslund seconded the motion.
The motion carried.
